The Dr. Bernett L. Johnson, Jr. Sayre Health Center would like to cordially invite you to the Giving Care Fall Affair 2014. Sayre Health Center continues to be a small family medicine practice realizing big goals. So often, primary care involves reaching into the homes and lives of our patients to provide prevention, education, advocacy and support. We are making great strides in doing just that! Please join us for an evening celebration and silent auction.

The support of our neighbors, partners, colleagues, friends and others united in a shared vision for quality health care and overall improved health outcomes for West Philadelphia has allowed Sayre Health Center to thrive and grow.
