Give Camp Pro-Bono Technology Weekend
Posted by Give Camp on November 24, 2014
Give Camp is a weekend-long event where software developers, designers and database administrators volunteer their time to create custom software for nonprofit organizations, such as a new website, small data-collection application, or an application that automatically emails donors. The 5th annual Philadelphia Give Camp will take place in Malvern, PA from January 16 – 18, 2015.
Nonprofit technology proposals are now being accepted for this year’s event and, as a valued partner, we invite you to apply for this unique opportunity!
In order to qualify for the 2015 Give Camp, a representative from your nonprofit must be available on-site each day throughout the event. Nonprofit representatives must be authorized to make decisions related to the project scope and should ideally include the agency’s IT staff when feasible. Additionally, please be aware that lodging and transportation will not be provided. Selected nonprofits will be notified in early December. Accepted proposals will be assigned to a team of technology experts and connected with your agency representative to begin the pre-work necessary to ensure a successful project.
Please apply and register by November 30, 2014. All proposals are being accepted on a first-come first-serve basis and will be screened for feasibility and chosen based on impact, need and ability to complete the project within the time frame.
For questions or assistance with completing the online application, please email the Philly Give Camp Team at [email protected].
Thank you for driving measurable, lasting Impact in our region and good luck!
