Parents, grandparents, relatives, guardians and social workers:
Mark the Date: Saturday, October 26, 2002 from 9AM-1PM .
AT TEMPLE UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF DENTISTRY LOBBY –Old entrance near Broad & Allegheny (and subway stop)
FREE HEALTH SCREENING for adults of all ages including senior citizens, unemployed, college students and children & youth.
TEMPLE’s PROJECT ACCESS and Children’s Health Insurance Program of Pennsylvania providers available on-site to apply for low-income coverage, e.g. AmeriChoice KidsChoice, Caring Foundation for Children and Adult Basic Coverage administered by The Independence Blue Cross & Pennsylvania Blue Shield and Aetna U.S. Healthcare. Those not eligible for CHIP can apply for help from Give a Smile for complex medical/dental care.
FREE DOOR PRIZES.e.g. PLEASE TOUCH MUSEUM tickets and toys for all ages. EVERYONE HAS A CHANCE TO WIN!
