Getting Your Community Group On-line: Learn the basics of Facebook, blogs and websites.
Wednesday, February 15th from 5:30-7 at PHS (100 North 20th Street)
Join us for a workshop designed to teach community groups to set up and use web-based social networking resources.
Many park and Tree Tender groups have taken advantage of Facebook, Blogs and Websites to attract new members, organize and mobilize their volunteers and communicate with their members. Join us to learn how easy and free it is to get your group online.
If this email is confusing and you don’t really want to get involved in Web- based stuff, or if you are already swimming in the shallow waters of the internet … this workshop is for you!
Workshop is free. Since this is around dinner time, Brown Bags are welcome. Snacks and drinks will be provided. Please RSVP to Diana Jih by February 13th at [email protected] or 215-988-8771.
