Germantown Health Fair April 21st
Janes Memorial UME Church at 47 E. Haines Street in Germantown will sponsor a Community Health Fair on Saturday, April 21st, from 9am to 3pm. The event will feature free blood pressure, cholesterol, diabetes, vision, cardiovascular and HKIV screening, free educational presentations on Medicare Part D, nutrition, health insurance and more. Medical professionals from Nazareth Hospital and St. Christopher?s Hospital will also be present. Free books will be given to first 50 children accompanied by a parent. The event is co-sponsored by the Philadelphia Branch of the National Association of University Women and Gift of Life. For more information, contact Deborah Roebuck at (215) 471-7411.
