Gender Justice Organizing Fund – Jul 21

Bread & Roses Community Fund has launched its Gender Justice Organizing Fund.

Women, girls, trans, gender nonconforming, and LGBTQI+ people are the targets of systemic oppression based on gender identity and/or gender expression. Gender justice exists when all people— especially women, girls, trans, gender nonconforming, and LGBTQI+ people —are able to identify and express their gender and sexual orientation without fear, discrimination or harm, and have the economic, social, and political power and resources to create thriving, safe, and just communities.

The Gender Justice Organizing Fund is a special fund at Bread & Roses. Check out our list of recent grantees to see if the Gender Justice Organizing Fund is a good fit for your organization.

On July 21 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. the Gender Justice Organizing Fund Information Session event will offer “Time to go over the process of applying for a grant, including eligibility, and requirements.”
