Philadelphia Youth Network: GEAR UP Program Manager
The full-time Program Manager will be responsible for monitoring the implementation of the School District of Philadelphia’s GEAR UP grant. In this capacity, the Manager will oversee partners’ efforts to provide students and their families with opportunities to acquire the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to prepare for post-secondary education, graduate from high school, and successfully access college options. The primary goals of this position include collaborating with educators, service providers and others to increase college awareness among students and their families, strengthen student academic preparation for post-secondary studies and build connecting pathways that facilitate successful transitions into higher education.
