BARTRAM’S BEDS CLEAN UP SET FOR SATURDAY, JUNE 27TH
Join us for a morning of sprucing up the Bartram’s Beds located at 40th St. and Woodland Avenue (and Baltimore Avenue). From 9am-12pm we’ll be weeding, mulching and tidying up the area. This is a very visible and very large garden at the SEPTA portal which needs our attention.
We’ll provide tee shirts, gloves, and tools. No experience necessary – we’ll give instruction as needed.
This will be the first in a series of Saturday workdays as we maintain all the triangles on Baltimore Avenue throughout the summer. Come join us for some neighborly weeding when you have the chance.
Future Dates: July 18, July 25, August 1, and August 22. We’ll give you details on which triangle we’ll be tackling in a future e-newsletter.
If you’re interested in coming out, please call Winnie Harris at 215.573.4684 or send an email to: [email protected]
