Funder’s Guide to Organizational Assessment
Funders, grantees, and consultants will understand how organizational assessment can be used to 1) Build the capacity of nonprofits, 2) Enhance grantmaking, 3) Impact organizational systems, 4) Strengthen the nonprofit sector, and 5) Measure foundation effectiveness. The guide presents four grantee assessment tools and two tools for assessing foundation performance.
