From the Department of Health: Vaccination Outreach Information
Posted by PA Department of Health on June 22, 2021
Please help spread the word about the importance of vaccines! The below resources can be shared with friends, family, customers, colleagues and others in your community. Our newly published Vaccine Outreach Toolkit includes key messages, best practices for approaching conversations, and a roundup of print and digital marketing materials.
Among them you’ll find:
- Vaccine Outreach PowerPoint
- Vaccine Posters
- Vaccine Flyers & Handouts
- Social Media Graphics & Content
- Doctors Unite Against COVID Videos
Updates and new materials are added frequently to the Community Resources Page so be sure to check back often. Additionally, all of our print materials can be ordered for free through our COVID Resources Order Form. All order are printed and shipped at no cost to you. Many of the materials have been translated into 13 non-English languages.
Further, to build upon the tremendous work that has been completed to date, the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) is offering support to community groups, faith-based organizations, and other groups interested in working with COVID-19 vaccine providers to perform 💉 community vaccination clinics.
DOH would greatly appreciate if you would forward the below survey to any organizations in your communities who may be interested in developing a partnership for clinics. Organizations would be expected to help mobilize the community, advertise the event, and ensure there is enough interest to hold a clinic. The form will be monitored on a rolling basis but we encourage you to fill it ASAP.
