Kathia Monard-Weissman, PhD is a program evaluator with over 10 years of experience in evaluating service-learning, civic and character education, community service, and intergenerational programs. Her expertise includes designing evaluation plans and procedures, instrument creation such as surveys, interviews, focus groups and observations, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, and evaluation reports. She has published her work in peer-reviewed journals such as Information for Action: Journal on Service-Learning Research with Children and Youth, Academic Exchange Quarterly, Journal of Higher Education Outreach and Engagement, and Educational Gerontology.
