Free Virtual Event: Ripple Effects Mapping – Dec 11
Posted by Partners for Campus-Community Engagement (PCCE) on December 3, 2024
Your community-engaged work matters deeply – but it can be hard to show HOW with conventional assessments.
Enter Ripple Effects Mapping: a narrative approach using appreciative inquiry and radiant concept-mapping that can surface unintended as well as intended consequences of your work. It is quick, cost-effective, and most importantly it goes to the heart of the issues and leaves you with concrete stories, testimonies, and meaningful data. This one-hour session offers an overview of what REM is, how it works, and why it’s useful, leaving room for your questions as well.
Anna Sims Bartel, PhD, is an independent consultant with more than two decades in higher education community engagement, with strong emphasis on faculty and curricular work, public scholarship, and democratically-engaged assessment.
Date and Time: December 11, 2024, 1:00-2:00 PM
