Free tutoring for children in families receiving Temporary Assistance for Needy Families benefits is available from the Education Party of Philadelphia, one of the longest-operating tutoring services supported through the No Child Left Behind Act.
EPP tutors children at all grade levels on weekdays and weekends and is able to pick-up and drop-off children at most of its several Philadelphia locations. One-on-one tutoring and group tutoring in math and reading available.
