Posted by Lincoln University on March 25, 2025
We are excited to announce Lincoln University’s inaugural Medical Assistant training program will begin on April 14th, 2025. The program will run from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 2:30 PM, in our urban location, 3020 Market Street. This initiative is part of our commitment to expand Continuing Education opportunities that address pressing community needs.
Learn all skills and knowledge required to become a Medical Assistant. Learn to obtain patient vital signs, perform phlebotomy, give injections, learn HIPAA and ethics, provide patient care, CPR/Basic Life support, electrocardiogram, and more!
This intensive ten-week program offers hands-on and classroom training, professional skills development, and career services support. You’ll receive assistance with resume writing, interviewing skills, and the job application process. We’ll also help connect you with our employer partners for interview opportunities. New Medical Assistants typically earn between $19 and $21 per hour.
Tuition is fully covered. In order to be eligible, you must complete the application, take the basic skills assessment (reading and math), complete the interview process, and be selected for the program.
