Free Library of PhiladelphiaTown Hall: Share Your Ideas – Jul 16

Posted by Free Library of Philadelphia on July 15, 2025

Philly, we’re listening! Share your ideas with the Free Library.

We are reimagining the future of public libraries in our city and we want to hear from you. The Free Library of Philadelphia and the Free Library Foundation want your ideas for our strategic plan. Help ensure that our libraries truly meet the needs of all Philadelphians for years to come. This is an opportunity to tell us about your library experiences and expectations.

Topics include:

  • What the library means to you
  • How can the Free Library better meet your needs?
  • Highlights of your library experience
  • Goals for the future of The Free Library and Free Library Foundation
  • Your vision and dreams for the future of the Free Library and Free Library Foundation
  • Your thoughts about the programs, services, online resources, and facilities
  • Next steps in the Library’s strategic planning process

We’ve also launched a citywide survey—so even if you can’t attend in person, you can still be part of the conversation.

Date and Time: July 16, 6:00-8:00 PM

Location: Parkway Central Library, 1901 Vine St, Philadelphia, PA 19103

Register.
