Free Legal Clinic for Local Small Businesses – Mar 26

Registration is now open for our first small business clinic of 2020, and we are happy to announce that our March 26 clinic will be featured as part of Philadelphia’s annual Immigrant Business Week, in collaboration with the Office of Immigrant Affairs.
Eligibility will not be limited to immigrant business owners, but we are honoring this week by offering expanded multilingual translation services at the clinic as well as a Spanish-language registration form.

Do you have questions about any of the legal areas listed below?
If so, you may be eligible to meet with a volunteer attorney for a free one-on-one consultation.
Attorneys will consult with small businesses on legal areas including:
- Contracts
- Commercial leases
- Employment policies
- Incorporation
- Insurance and liability
- Licensing and taxes
- Real estate and zoning
- Trademarks and logos
