Free income tax preparation program featured in Delaware County Times.
Delaware County Asset Development (or DelCoAD), a collaboration of several organizations and convened by PHENND, offers free income tax assistance in multiple locations in Delaware County. Many of the volunteers are local college students – in particular those from Widener University, Swarthmore College, and Rosemont College.
