Wells Fargo brings CityLIFT Program to Philadelphia
Last month, Mayor Michael Nutter and City Council President Darrell Clarke joined Wells Fargo Regional President Vince Liuzzi to announce the launch of Wells Fargo’s CityLIFT program in Philadelphia. Wells Fargo has committed $8.65 million to the CityLIFT program for down payment assistance grants. Prospective qualified homebuyers can receive up to $15,000 in grant assistance for the purchase of homes in Philadelphia and can obtain mortgage financing from any approved lender. The Philadelphia program will include a free homebuyer workshop Sept. 21-22, at the Pennsylvania Convention Center, from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. To learn more about the CityLIFT program and register for the workshop visit http://www.wellsfargo.com/citylift or call 1-866-802-0456.
