FREE EXPUNGEMENT CLINIC
If you have a criminal record, you may be able to erase it through a process called expungement. An expunged record can help you with future loans, housing, employment opportunities and more.

Attorneys and volunteers will be available to help you understand how to deal with your criminal record. Those who qualify may be able to receive free legal help.
Expungement may be possible for non-conviction charges (nolle prossed, not guilty, dismissed or withdrawn), summary convictions and special programs like ARD or Section 17. Expungement is generally not possible for felony or misdemeanor charges that resulted in a conviction (guilty, guilty plea or nolo contender plea).
This clinic is for Philadelphia County Court of Common Pleas matters only
No Juvenile/Orphan’s Court matters
