Free Expungement Assessment Clinic
If you have a criminal record in Pennsylvania, you may be able to erase it through a process called expungement, or hide it from the public through a process called sealing.

Center for Business and Industry,18th and Callowhill streets, C3-14
Attorneys and volunteers will be available to help you understand how to deal with your criminal record. Those who qualify may be able to receive free legal help.
• You MAY be able to EXPUNGE nonconviction charges (nolle prossed, not guilty, dismissed or withdrawn) summary convictions and special programs like ARD or Section 17
• You MAY also be able to SEAL minor misdemeanor convictions if you finished your sentence more than 10 years ago
• You generally CANNOT expunge or seal convictions (guilty, guilty plea or nolo contendere) that are felonies or serious misdemeanors
Philadelphia County, PA, Court of Common Pleas matters only
No Juvenile/Orphan’s Court matters
FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED. REGISTRATION IS RECOMMENDED.
