FREE! ESL/English Literacy & Civics Classes at District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund:
New classes begin July 8, 2019
Curriculum:
• Set Workforce and Career Goals
• Improve Reading Skills
• Prepare for Job Interviews
• Prepare for the American Workplace
• Study U.S. Government and History
• Increase Involvement in the Community
• Prepare to become a U.S. Citizen!
* Class assignment based on placement test outcomes
Schedule:
· Beginning: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 9:00am–12:00pm
· Intermediate AM: Mondays and Wednesdays: 9:00am–12:00pm
· Intermediate PM: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30pm–8:30pm
· Advanced AM: Mondays & Wednesdays: 9:00am–12:00pm
· Advanced PM: Tuesdays & Thursdays: 5:30pm–8:30pm
