Free ESL EL Civics / Workforce Classes – Mar 2

District 1199C Training & Upgrading Fund’s Free EL Civics & Workforce Program is accepting applications for its March 2020 cycle. District 1199C is centrally located in Center City Philadelphia with convenient access to public transportation.
The class runs March 2 – June 18, 2020.
