FREE COMMUNITY EVENT: Mentoring Make & Take at the AIC, Feb 27
Posted by Achieving Independence Center on January 28, 2020
The Achieving Independence Center is hosting a FREE Make & Take crafting event on Thursday, February 27, 2020 from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm! Totally free and open to the public!
Come hang out and make a fun and easy craft to take home and beautify your space! Mixing and mingling is strongly encouraged. Some of The Achieving Independence Center’s youth clients will be in attendance to hang out as well — they are so awesome and between the ages of 14 and 20 years old — but please note that this event is geared towards adults and not children. We will supply all the stuff to make your cute craft as well as food and drinks (non-alcoholic beverages only.)
Full disclosure: This is an event brought to you by The AIC’s Mentoring program. So yeah, we might ask if you want to be a mentor to a young person, but there is no pressure to commit to anything except a FUN time.
So if you’re ready to unwind and get crafty, register right now: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/mentoring-make-take-crafting-food-fun-for-all-tickets-91225163921. And then tell a friend to tell a friend to tell a friend!
