Foundation Development Director, The Arc Mercer

Work with leading Mercer County non-profit, serving people with developmental disabilities as a Key Leader. Responsibilities for this position would include but is not limited to fundraising, community partnerships, marketing and the ability to effectively communicate the organization’s mission, goals and accomplishments.
Must have the following:
- Familiarity and experience in working and supporting effective governance Boards.
- The ability to display an exceptional high level of positive and appropriate interpersonal skills while work collaboratively with all levels of employees.
- The ability to develop and execute effective strategies and plans including projects and programs that deliver results.
- Participate in the organization of Agency’s special events.
