For young people: Tree House Book Camps
Posted by Tree House Books on January 25, 2016
Book Camp for young people, ages 4-17 years old!
Tree House Book Camps are 5-week inter-generational literacy camps that brings a sampling of our diverse community into the Tree House Books learning environment to explore, experiment, play and achieve with book-based learning. Using a selection of similarly themed books, participants experience story times, reading aloud, silent reading, writing, story-based art making projects, movement sessions and trips that are challenging and fun. We support living a life as a self-aware reader, writer, thinker through modeling the practices that make up a robust Life With Books.
