For Teachers: LEED Prep Institutes, July 29-31 (Austin, TX) or Aug. 12-14 (Westwood, MA)
Posted by EcoRise on July 2, 2019
EcoRise is providing high school and college teachers with an innovative green building curriculum and professional learning opportunities. Our goal is to prepare teachers to support more than 300 students nationwide who are interested in professional opportunities in energy and water conservation, wellness, and sustainability.
Approximately 20 teachers from an array of career and technical education programs will receive access to the LEED Prep curriculum, hands-on activities, green professional mentors, LEED Prep Green Associate Exam preparation and testing, and year-round support.
By the end of this Institute, you’ll be better prepared to help your students gain both the skills and knowledge necessary to acquire their very own LEED Green Associate credential by the time they graduate from high school.
LEED Prep Institute registration also includes an annual subscription to EcoRise’s LEED Prep curriculum, LEED Prep Green Associate Exam Preparation Guide, and a one-year membership with the U.S. Green Building Council. For more information, check out our LEED Prep Welcome and Content Overview.
