Food Trust 20th Anniversary Pancake Breakfast

On Sunday April 29th, from 9:00-1:00 at 2nd and Lombard, The Food Trust will be celebrating the opening of the farmers’ market season and our 20th Anniversary. We’ll be serving a delicious farm-to-table meal, prepared by chefs Mitch and Jen Prensky of Supper restaurant. I have to add that folks won’t want to miss the griddle-cooked pancakes, farm-fresh cream, apple-rhubarb compote, and local maple syrup!
Tickets can be purchased today at http://www.thefoodtrust.org/pancake. Tickets are $25 -or- $80 for four through April 15 – and kids under 5 attend free. Again, proceeds benefit The Food Trust’s farmers’ markets and our work to bring nutritious food to all Philadelphia families.
