The Food Research and Action Center recently released its latest analysis of data from the Gallup-Healthways Well-Being Index, capturing levels of food hardship during the first half of 2010 on a state-by-state basis. The report finds that in nearly every state, at least one in seven respondents reported that there were times during the last year that they did not have enough money to buy the food they needed for themselves or their family.
