October 20, 6:00-8:30pm: Arts Education held at Central High School, 1700 W. Olney Avenue
It seems that music and art suffer the first and deepest cuts when school funding is scarce. How can the community support programs that work to engage creativity in students and keep them in school? Featured speakers include Stephen Wilensky, Director of Music Department of Central High School and Lynda O?Leary, Distance Learning Educator of The Philadelphia Museum of Art.
