Looking for a meaningful volunteer opportunity? Volunteer coaches are paired one-on-one with a Clarifi client for a total of six months. Clients are enrolled in a FinanciallyHers Boot Camp consisting of a series of financial workshops where they create realistic action plans with the assistance of our staff and financial planning experts. Volunteer coaches will meet their clients once a month after graduating from the boot camp to engage & motivate them to stay on track towards their goals. Coaches work to provide support and motivate their client to stay on track toward the financial goals outlined together. Coaches are provided support and training by Clarifi staff throughout the entire 6 months.

Volunteer Responsibilities:

· Able to commit to 6 months in the program, volunteering a few hours each month

· Attendance at three mandatory events:

o Five hours of volunteer training on ONE of the following dates: Saturday, May 16th, Tuesday, May 19th, OR Wednesday, June 3rd

o Attendance at one two hour “kick off” event Saturday, June 20th

o Attendance at one two hour “graduation” event Wednesday, November 4th

· Evaluate and report outcomes of the process, using prescribed reporting procedures to ensure the relationship is successful and to help identify best practices
