The mission of RHD is to provide caring, effective, efficient, and innovative services that help society’s most vulnerable and marginalized people build better lives for themselves, their families, and their communities.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our Budget Department. Duties include coordinating, developing and managing budgets and related financial activities for a group of assigned programs within the corporation. Additional duties include but are not limited to: developing and maintaining positive relations with management team partners, directors of assigned programs and external funders; serve as liaison between corporate fiscal departments and assigned programs; ensure all contractual fiscal, billing and reporting requirements are achieved; functionally supervise one or more budget analysts.

Advanced knowledge of Excel spreadsheets is essential. Must be a good communicator with creative problem solving skills and the ability to interact with all levels. An Accounting or Finance degree and a minimum of five years related experience are required. Previous role as an internal financial consultant is desirable.
