Financial Education Manager – Financial Smarts
Summary
The Financial Education Program Manager is responsible for managing general education (Financial Smarts) programs, including the direction of education support staff (part time, contractors, and volunteers), and the growth and management of educational program partnerships.
Qualifications and Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent work experience.
- Strong public speaking skills.
- Previous experience in the financial services industry preferred.
- Strong time-management and organizational skills with the ability to complete projects independently while showing self-motivation.
- Excellent presentation skills, as well as oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain and follow through with relationships key to this position.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends, required.
- Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and use of data-entry software and the Internet.
