Women’s Opportunities Resource Center – Financial Education and Savings Department Program Manager
The Women’s Opportunities Resource Center is a nationally recognized not-for-profit organization headquartered in Philadelphia that promotes social and economic self-sufficiency for economically disadvantaged women and their families.
WORC is seeking program manager with a bachelor’s Degree and five years experience in community organizing and social services. A Master’s Degree is preferred. Experience and/or knowledge of Individual Development Accounts (IDAs) is ideal.
Candidates should have had a successful tenure in a management position including oversight for multiple functions and experience in managing staff, possess excellent communication skills, strong problem solving skills, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, be familiar with compiling reports, and have experience in program marketing. Basic Financial Management knowledge and Certified Housing Counseling is preferred.
