Financial Capability Innovation Fund II:
Open and Accepting Proposals
Last month, CFSI launched the Financial Capability Innovation Fund II. The Fund is part of CFSI’s ongoing efforts to support innovative nonprofit-led projects designed to promote the financial capability of low-income, underserved consumers. On September 12, CFSI issued a request for proposals to identify the most promising solutions through a competitive review process. Selected grantees will receive awards of $250,000-$350,000 and various forms of non-financial support to implement their project over the course of approximately two years.
The Financial Capability Innovation Fund II is supported by a collaborative of funders led by the Citi Foundation and also including Capital One Foundation, NYSE Foundation, Charles Schwab Bank, Charles Schwab Foundation, and Experian.
Download the RFP here. Applications are due on November 2.
