Finance & Operations Manager, Children’s Community School

The Children’s Community School seeks a new Finance & Operations Manager! CCS is a midsize-but-growing preschool in West Philadelphia serving kids ages 18 months through 5 years with a program built on mindfulness, community, inquiry, and justice.
The Finance & Operations Manager oversees the administrative and financial duties associated with operating the school and all of its programs and activities and cooperates with the Director in the fulfillment of the school’s mission.
The Finance & Operations Manager reports to the Director as a member of the staff administration team.
The ideal candidate will be:
- experienced with budgeting, expense management, and reporting, especially in a non-profit setting
- able to multi-task and meet competing deadlines with reliable attention to detail
- committed to working within an inclusive, anti-racist community
Full-time; desired start date in Spring 2024 in order to overlap with the outgoing employee for initial training.
Salary between $50K–$55K depending on experience, plus benefits including tuition reduction.
