Puentes de Salud (Bridges to Health) is seeking an Associate to support a range of Finance, and Development, and generation Administrative functions.

Puentes de Salud is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit that promotes the health and wellness of South Philadelphia’s rapidly growing Latinx immigrant population through high-quality health care, innovative educational programs, and community building. Puentes works in partnership with community members, local public schools, universities, health systems, governmental institutions, and other nonprofit organizations to address the adverse structural, economic, and social conditions that profoundly affect the prosperity of this community. Puentes challenges the idea that deep and long-standing inequalities are acceptable realities within our society. As an independent entity distinct from FQHC and university clinic models, Puentes is not only re-imagining but also fostering equitable and inclusive access to health care, education, and cultural and individual empowerment.

The Associate – Finance, Development & Administration position full-time, 40 hours per week. Work is primarily remote with some on-site activity required. Additional hours may be required outside normally scheduled work hours for Board meetings, special projects, and events. The position reports to the Executive Director and is based in Philadelphia, PA.
