Join the Mayor’s Office of Black Male Engagement (OBME) on for the world premiere screening of A Hope That Lights the Way, a groundbreaking documentary aiming to redefine the narrative surrounding gun violence in Philadelphia.
This film showcases community leaders and organizations who are committed to violence prevention and intervention. By highlighting their strategies and experiences, OBME aim’s to close opportunity gaps and inspire others to expand this critical work.
Through the power of hope, belief, and tangible support, this documentary encourages residents in Philadelphia and beyond that there is hope to overcome the challenges of gun violence. We invite you to be a part of this, and help build a safer, more hopeful Philadelphia.
