Fellowship Farm, Inc., an educational center in human relations located in Pottstown, PA, which serves metro Philadelphia and the region, seeks a fulltime Program Director to oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of all new and ongoing programs. The successful candidate will have a track record in program management and experience in developing culturally competent programs for diverse groups of youth, families and adults. Challenge course experience is an additional asset.

PROGRAM DIRECTOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

_PROGRAM ADMINISTRATOR_

– Responsible for program development, implementation and evaluation of new and ongoing programs.

– Serve as facilitator in Farm programs, as scheduling permits.

– Develop and maintain client relationships.

– Select and confirm facilitators for all programs, and discuss requirements.

– Prepare and assemble paperwork and supplies for all programs.

– Provide written reports on all programs to group contact and facilitators involved.

– Manage facilitator time sheets – submit for payroll.

– Maintain filing system of potential, confirmed and past programs.

– Input and maintain revisions of facilitator manuals.

– Maintain ongoing record of all programs conducted, as well as number of participants.

_OTHER DUTIES_

– Provide administrative program support for Executive Director, as needed.

– Research and obtain information on possible collaborative projects, background data for grants and other information as requested.

– Maintain facilitator supplies in an orderly fashion.

– Other office duties, as needed.
