Farm and Food Leadership Conference
Posted by on August 17, 2009
Join us at the Farm and Food Leadership Conference on September 14-15 in San Antonio, TX for an exciting gathering of non-profit leaders, farmers and ranchers, local foods activists, and consumers. This two-day event will feature speakers on issues critical to both farmers and consumers, including food safety bills in Congress, genetically modified foods, National Animal ID, organic certification, climate change, raw milk, and community food access. You will also learn how to lobby effectively, create social networks, and reach out to the media to make your voice heard on the issues important to you! You will leave the conference with the latest information about these issues, as well as the tools you need to take action effectively.
