The Fannie Lou Hamer Project (http://www.flhp.org) National Conference, “Campaign Finance is a Civil Rights Issue” (http://www.flhp.org/Conference) will be held June 25-26, 2004 at North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC. The conference will cover numerous topics surrounding campaign finance including: campaign financing and judicial reform, voter rights and empowerment, felony disenfranchisement, and environmental justice.
