Maternity Care Coalition (MCC), a dynamic nonprofit, works to improve maternal and child health and wellbeing through the collaborative efforts of individuals, families, providers and communities.
Currently MCC is recruiting for a Family and Community Engagement Coordinator. The Coordinator is needed to provide administrative oversight of all family and community engagement services in South Philadelphia. This individual will serve as the content area expert in family development and parenting. The Coordinator will also act as liaison to and communicate with community resources regarding program activities. The individual is expected to attend community meetings and trainings.
We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in case management, family services, and community outreach. Knowledge of Head Start Program Performance Standards is strongly desired. Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Service is required; a Master’s degree is preferred. 1-3 years of Supervisory experience is also necessary for this position.
