Ceiba is a non-profit organization in Philadelphia that promotes the economic development and financial inclusion of the Latino community through collaborations and advocacy aimed at ensuring their access to quality housing. Ceiba leverages free tax preparation as a gateway to asset-building opportunities, offering integrated services such as financial literacy education, and access to tax credits such as the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Child Tax Credit (CTC), housing counseling and public benefits.

Role Overview:

The Family Stability Program Manager will oversee the operations of the family stability and asset building programs including Ceiba’s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) Program. This position supervises part-time and full-time tax preparation and family stability staff, interns and volunteers, manages daily site logistics, maintains compliance with IRS requirements, and ensures the delivery of high-quality services to clients. This role also leads reporting efforts for grants and contracts associated with the program, tracks program outcomes, provides data as requested, and plays a key role in marketing, volunteer recruitment, and partnership building for Ceiba’s family stability and asset building programs.
