Child Care Information Services- Family Services Manager

Child Care Information Services – Northeast is seeking a Family Services Manager.  The position is responsible for supervising and managing department staff, overseeing the eligibility process and ensuring compliance with PA’s Dept of Public Welfare’s child care subsidy regulations, policies, procedures and timeframes.

Candidates should have a Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Services, Administration or related field and a minimum of five years supervisory and management experience.  Supervisory and management experience with a federal or state benefit program, a plus.  Experience with and ability to prioritize competing demands and to organize both projects and people is essential.  The successful candidate will be a flexible team player, creative problem solver and skilled communicator. Bi-lingual (Spanish, Russian, Korean), a plus.
