The Archdiocese of Philadelphia is currently seeking a Family Services Coordinator to work at the Mercy Hospice location for Catholic Social Services in Center City Philadelphia. Mercy Hospice provides recovery housing and comprehensive services to 28 single homeless women and 8 women with their children.
Bachelor’s Degree is required. Must have several years social services experience. Experience working with families as well as the homeless population in substance abuse recovery preferred. Duties include: Assessing, planning, and linking families with resources and services; assisting in reunification challenges; providing parenting education workshops, and coordinating with case management team.
