Business group sponsors family childcare training
The Women’s Business Development Center will begin its series of training for those interested in operating a family child care program on Monday, April 5th from 6:15 to 9pm. The series concludes on Monday, June 7th.
The workshops offer an entrepreneurial training program designed to help participants explore and understand the realities of running a profitable family child care business.
Cost is $59. Classes are held at 1315 Walnut Street, Suite 1124 in Philadelphia.
On April 8th, WBDC will also offer an Orientation and Business Assessment Workshop from 6-7:30pm. This workshop is designed for women interested in starting or growing a business. Participants will complete a business development survey tool, discuss their business needs, learn about WBDC resources, and meet other women business owners.
The workshop is free but pre-registration is required.
