Provide both administrative and clinical supervision to Family Based Therapists, BHW’s and Care Coordinator. Primarily responsible for maintaining the program’s treatment integrity, quality and financial stability of this in-home based program.
REQUIREMENTS:
Doctorate degree in psychology, social work or related field plus 2 years direct care experience in providing mental health services to children and families or Masters degree in psychology or related field plus 3 years experience working with children and families. Looking for a candidate with extensive family therapy experience and well versed in EcoSystemic Structural Family Therapy. Licensed in PA preferred. Training and experience working with child victims of abuse, neglect and other traumatic circumstances a plus. Prior supervisory experience a plus. Must have a valid drivers license and use of an automobile during work hours. Must be flexible to work evenings if necessary.
