This fall, The Welcoming Center is offering free English and computer classes designed to help immigrants build the skills they need for work, business, and daily life. Whether you’re looking for a job, starting a business, or just beginning to learn English, we have a program for you. All classes are taught by experienced instructors and offer a welcoming, supportive community. Please help us share the information!

English for Job Search (September 22 – November 26):

For job seekers who want to improve their English and computer skills.

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday
• 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• In person in Center City (Mon/Wed) AND online Fridays
• Intermediate English, basic computer skills, & want to look for a job required.
• APPLY HERE by August 31

English for Entrepreneurs (September 25 – December 11):

For entrepreneurs who want to grow their business and communication skills.

• Tuesday & Thursday
• 1:30 – 4:30 PM
• In-person in Northeast Philly on Thursdays AND online Tuesdays
• Intermediate English, basic computer skills, and business ownership or startup experience required.
• APPLY HERE by August 31.
