Join Fair Food for The Brewers Plate – a celebration of local brews and local food.
Sunday, April 10th, 4 PM – 7:30 PM at the Reading Terminal Market
Cost – $45 with advance tickets/$55 at the door
Do you like good food and good beer? Well, 15 excellent chefs and 15 local craft brewers are pairing up to give you a taste of our region and to support Fair Food. At this unique and special event, you’ll get to stroll through the Reading Terminal Market – Food Mecca to Philadelphia – after hours tasting 30 local craft beers and 30 carefully selected dishes prepared by some of your favorite chefs. All proceeds go to support Fair Food’s Buy Fresh Buy Local Campaign and the Sustainable Business Network’s Local First Campaign.
Brewery participants: Yards, Victory, Iron Hill, Appalachian, Flying Fish, Dogfish Head, Stoudts, General Lafayette, Weyerbacher, Troegs, Nodding Head, Heavyweight and others.
Restaurant Participants: The White Dog Cafe, Fork, Standard Tap, The Rose Tattoo Caf?, London Grill, Thomas’s of Manayunk, Farmacia, The Black Sheep, Iron Hill Restaurant, General Lafayette Inn, World Caf? Live, FoodSource and more.
