9:30am-4pm
Student Center, Room 217
Temple University
Keynote Speaker, Dr. Dwight Giles, University of Massachusetts, Boston

How can faculty members balance the benefits of community engagement with the need to secure our positions and advance in our professions? Are there ways that community engagement can further our research agendas, secure grants, and enhance our teaching in ways recognized by the academy?
