Center helps immigrant children enroll in school
Recognizing that school registration can be confusing and intimidating for immigrant families, the Welcoming Center for New Pennsylvanians has put together a fact sheet to help those unfamiliar with the public education system. The fact sheet can be found here.
Basic information about school registration, including what documents parents need to bring and parental rights, is available in a free flyer from the Welcoming Center in Arabic, Spanish, Chinese, French and English.
For more information, contact the Welcoming Center at 215-557-2626.
